UNZIP FILE  & PUT  FOLDER IN:

       C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\skins

once in place open Yahoo Messenger and go to the LOGIN  

on the upper left menu- Then go to PREFERENCES-

From that menu open APPEARANCE- Go to  current themes

and select SECTION-  Change text color to this COLOR or

something similar -hit APPLY and OK and your done.
