Member of a separatist group from Northern Spain who attempts to purchase Semtex from Dorian Enquist. Michael tracks Enquist through his next meet with Bocci. Once Bocci gets him entrance to the meet location Michael renders him unconcious and leaves him in the car. Bocci is profiled in S2 "Mandatory Refusal".
