Revealed in season 3 as the Chairman of Oversight. Does not trust Operations or Madeline and is continually trying to unseat them. Is framed in late season 3 by Madeline and accused of Treason for giving up "the Key file" which supposedly could bring Operations down. Ends up working out a deal with Operations and remains in power through season 4. During season 4 George attempts to "download" the expertise of top Section One operatives but fails. He is apprehended by Operations near the end of Season 4 for leaking Intel to Red Cell and then cancelled. This becomes a source of contention between Operations and Mr. Jones.
