Second-in-command of The Collective during the S5 arc. After voicing his distrust of the Section One mole, he is forced to relinquish full command to Graff or commit voluntary suicide. Agreeing to his new role, he remains doubtful of Michael’s commitment to helping The Collective. Michael promises to help Haled take full command of the terrorist group if he releases Adam who was taken for collateral. Although Michael keeps his promise and removes Graff from power by killing him during a weapons purchase, Michael soon finds Haled dead in a shower stall presumably killed by The Collective for his betrayal.
