Field operative, most likely Level 2. Married to fellow operative and Team Leader Michael Samuelle. Gives birth to a baby boy who dies in infancy. Michael believes Section had something to do with it and subsequently suffers from nightmares. Simone is captured on a mission against Glass Curtain in 1994. She requests backup on the mission but is told it isn’t necessary by the Team Lead – Michael. The head of Glass Curtain, Errol Sparks, keeps her alive for the next several years for collateral, torturing her during her captivity. In 1997 Section operative Nikita discovers Simone at the compound on a mission against Glass Curtain. When Michael and Nikita try to extract Simone, she locks herself in a room with Sparks and blows up the compound. Although Sparks lives to return in S3 "I Remember Paris", Simone is presumed dead.
