SECTION TIMELINE

The following is a timeline of events as they are portrayed in the series “La Femme Nikita”. All information was obtained through careful review of videotapes and transcripts of the episodes. Certain assumptions must be made in order for the timeline to be credible. Were you to go back through each episode and try to pinpoint each event, certain discrepancies will occur. The author of this timeline has posted the events through careful research and calculations. However, it is likely that errors have occurred.

Assumptions:
1. Nikita’s probation/training period occurs in one episode, S1 “Nikita”. Episode #102 begins her third year in Section, the end of her probation, and her ascent to active status.
2. The following seasons equate to one year in Section. (i.e. S1 – 1997, S2 – 1998, S3-1999, S4-2000, etc.)
3. Time discrepancies in scripts have occurred due to the involvement of an assortment of writers not concerned with detail accuracy.

Ground Rules:
1. Readers are encouraged to verify timeline accuracy. If objections arise with the credibility of the timeline, the reader is responsible for the burden of proof. The author has done her homework and expects the reader to do the same. Changes will only be made if the reader is able to prove their position with hard evidence. The author is certainly willing to be wrong.
2. Permission to use this timeline at any other site should be obtained from the author (TorinMont). The timeline is the property of the Warriors at SaveLFN.org!!
